Return & Refund Policy

At TenArc Athlete, we stand behind the quality of our products and strive to ensure your complete satisfaction. If you’re not entirely happy with your purchase, you can return your item within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.

Eligibility for Refund

To qualify for a refund, your item must meet the following criteria:

Be in its original condition—unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items showing signs of wear, damage, or use will not be eligible for return

Return Process

To initiate a return, please email us at support@tenarcathlete.com. Once your request is approved, we’ll provide detailed instructions on where and how to send your item.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. A tracking number for the return shipment is required.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

After your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Additional time may be required for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Important Note

TenArc Athlete, is not liable for damage to personal devices, such as phones or electronics, when using our products.

Refunds or replacements are not offered for the natural wear and tear of materials or magnetic strength over time, but we’re happy to assist with troubleshooting or replacements at our discretion.

Refunds are not available for sale items, final clearance items, or gift cards.

TenArc is not responsible for lost orders if the shipping carrier confirms delivery to the address provided. Reshipments may be issued at our discretion.
